Lilypad Services

  • Our Clinical Supervisors oversee the therapy process and ensure the quality and effectiveness of services. They:

    • Monitor therapy progress through regular data review

    • Supervise intervention staff

    • Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively in natural environments

    • Serve as your point of contact for any questions or concerns related to your child's progress or therapy techniques

    We encourage you to reach out to your Clinical Supervisor with any concerns or feedback about your child’s therapy or our services.

  • Behavioral Interventions deliver goal-oriented behavioral therapy aimed at reducing maladaptive behaviors and teaching new skills. Key responsibilities include:

    • Following individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

    • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.

    • Utilizing various therapy materials, such as toys and visual supports, to enhance the child’s learning experience.

    • Collaborating closely with families to support children in achieving their goals, with the ultimate objective of graduating from intervention services.

  • Family Training takes place during therapy sessions and allows parents, family members or guardians to: 

    • Participate in the intervention process 

    • Learn and practice strategies alongside the Interventionist 

    • Collaborate on goals, techniques, and progress 

  • Interdisciplinary Training provides professional instruction for direct service providers. For example: 

    • An Interventionist may attend a child’s speech therapy session to coordinate strategies 

    • Training may include behavior techniques, medication support, positioning, and use of specialized equipment 

    This service enhances consistency and effectiveness across your child’s support team.
